2006/2007 Education Series Kicks Off
The 2006/2007 Dawn Farm Education Series began on October 24th with Jim Balmer presenting Addiction 101. 72 people from 7 counties attended. Attendance continues to increase every year. It appears that programs like the education series have grown in importance as the addiction treatment field has collapsed over the last 15 years. Recovering people, family members and other people affected by addiction are in the position of having to educate themselves. We're pleased to help meet this need.
The next workshop is The Doctor's Opinion on Alcoholism, presented by Herbert Mailinoff, M.D. on November 21st.
