Dawn Farm to Present at Michigan Substance Abuse Conference

Jim Balmer and Jason Schwartz will be presenting at the 7th Annual Michigan Substance Abuse Conference on September 11th. Jim and Jason will be presenting on Dawn Farm's experience of transitioning to a recovery management model of care.
