Employee of the Month

Elsa Duckworth has been a Detox Counselor since 5/04. Since that time, she has worked the midnight shift, evening shift, week-end shift, and recently, the day shift. Elsa brings a positive attitude to the job, both to staff and clients. Detox can count on Elsa to talk to the "most resistant clients" with an understanding mind and welcoming heart. She often steps up when Detox is short on staff, and with little notice given to her. She undertakes special projects with no complaints and does them quickly.
