Job posting

Andrew Kraemer has decided to resign from his post as Project Manager. No date is set at this time--he is generously staying to help transition his replacement.

Responsibilities for the position include:
  • Maintains compliance with CARF, MDCIS, WCHO and other contracts.
  • Conducts annual CARF audits, contract audits and reports on QA compliance and record maintenance.
  • Plans and implements health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with governmental, licensing and accreditation rules and regulations. Ensures that all health and safety policies are enforced. Assures that all sites regularly conduct necessary drills, inspections and reports.
  • Plans and implements programs to train staff and clients in safety practices, fire prevention, and correct handling techniques for bio-hazardous waste, equipment, and other materials.
  • Oversees maintenance of agency Incident Reports and Critical Incident investigations/reporting.
  • Prepares reports for Quality Assurance detailing progress on health and safety policies, results of drills and recommendations for further review of policies and procedures.
  • Leads the investigation of accidents and injuries and cooperates in the preparation of material and evidence for organization use in hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations.
  • Compiles and submits incident reports involving health and safety matters.
  • Leads organization in special projects as they arise.
