No deaths, but no relaxing - 130 deaths in the first 4 months of the year in Wayne County. They're pleased with their education efforts. I've heard a lot about their education efforts about the dangers of Fentanyl, but I haven't heard a single word about increased access to treatment or detox services. Appalling.
